For improving quality and appropriate using of Behceram Gres ceram, please note different process of design,nstallation and maintenance.
DESIGN PROCESS:
1-In this process it is necessary to note surface property, environmental condition, technical properties of choosing tiles and installation technique.
2-Before purchase order of Behceram Gres Ceram, design the whole plan of laying.
3-You must choose format, dimension and kind of ceramic as if it has harmony with the surface and its application.
4-For ordering Gres Ceram, you must measure the area. It is necessary to purchase more ceramic because of eventual breaking tiles or changing the laying design.
INSTALLATION PROCESS:
Before any action it is required to remove all oil, grease and adhesive from the surface in order to make the surface clean, flat and smooth. Tile dhesive is much more viscose than the cement grout and working? With it is much easier .Therefore in using tile dhesive, be careful about the manufacturer instruction. If it is used on the building's facade, please pre enforce the ceramic tiles or use special clips to keep them.
After purchasing and taking over Behceram Gres Ceram, you must note the boxes and check the code, dimension, range and color. At first arrange tiles on dry surface control them and then began to install. Never mark ceramics with sharp edge things .Try to install tiles at last process in building construction. 1- Remove any dust and outside materials from the surface bed
2- Clean the back of Gres Ceram (with wet gunny) then submerge it in water and finally put it vertically to be dried
3- Because of surface changing vertically in new buildings using cement grout and sand, you must use Juan method at surface tiling with the width of at least two tiles (subgroup).It is because surface tiles not to be damaged if the surfaces probably subside Meanwhile if used cement grout and sand, there must be used washed tiny sand
4- Depending on the thickness, readymade adhesive material must be applied on the surface
5- Flatten the surface of adhesive with a flow line trowel. They are used with different flow line from6¬9mm in different ceramic formats.
6- You can create space between granite ceramic by using cross spacer. If the surface is vast, the space between the ceramics must be considered more .The format has also an important role in this case(joints 2 - 4mm)
7- Put Gres Ceram on a resilient layer then push it as much as the striking layer does not penetrate to the surface.
8- Straighten the surface of ceramic by a wooden level and plastic hammer as if all installed ceramics settle in a straight way
9- For filling and covering joints you can use colored grouts. In this case please do as the manufacturer instruction especially when the color of joints filler and Gres Ceram are different
10- After installing, sealing and grouting joints please wash the surface with water and detergents to remove the rest of cement and lime
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Behceram Gres Ceram maintenance ways are different; considering their application in different areas. Don't remain dust on the surface for a long time and always use alkaline and neutral cleaners and then clean the surface completely with water.(Below is the table of detergents for different stains)Thick chemical materials must be used only according to manufacture order (if not, the surface of ceramic maybe damaged with unsuitable cleaners and chemical materials)Proper usage of Behceram gress ceram Cleaning and maintenance method
NOTE:
1- It is better to clean any stain before drying.
2- For removing any stain, the detergent must be remain about 20 minutes on the stain and then clean it with a plastic brush.
3- While using detergent, you must use plastic gloves and don't breath the gases rising from detergent.
